Safety First: When running in the street or on the sidewalk against the traffic always make sure drivers see you before proceeding in front of them. Runners frequently get hit when drivers look left and then immediately turn right and go without looking for runners approaching them. Be aware of the when cars are at corners or coming out of driveways.
Future Track
was incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in April 1993.
The club goal is to enhance the running skills for all levels of adult
athletes. Members come from many of
the surrounding areas (including Agoura, Calabasas,
Some
members run competitively but many do not. When
we do compete, we do so on the track, roads or trails at distances ranging from
100 meters to ultra-marathons.
Our club's email newsletter for paid club members lists other activities and upcoming events in the area. We welcome you to stop by for fun and a great workout.

club is extremely fortunate to have the expert guidance and leadership of Bill
Duley, who was selected a

are a number of beginning runners at each Tuesday track workout, and Bill works
individually with them so they can complete the workout at a comfortable pace.
Bill is dedicated to helping all runners succeed, and the club members are
welcoming to runners of all levels, so don't be intimidated by the “fast”
runners! All the club members are
here to help you succeed.

Our
club has the participation of a professional sports chiropractor, certified
athletic trainer and talented runner who provides the members with advice and
care.

are at the
Runners
and walkers arrive at 6:00 PM to start individual warm ups.
Coached warm-up drills start at 6:15 PM.
This is followed by the evening’s workout.
The workouts are for all levels and abilities.

Cheeseboro) Park. The group leaves
promptly at 6:15. Thursday

Cheeseboro exit off 101, straight through stop sign, left at next stop sign
(back over 101) ·From
South joins here with a right at end of exit ramp· Take next right
at next stop sign (onto Chesebro road). Follow
this road for ~3/4 mile to the National Park parking for Chesebro (Cheeseboro)
on the right. Turn in and follow the
road to the dirt parking area at the end.
The club does not have group weekend runs but many members do meet for group runs
